Install:

1) Unzip Door Puzzle.lev and Door Puzzle.lcl in incubation/missions
2) Unzip Door Puzzle.txt in incubation/data/txt/english/briefing
3) start the game in instant action (1 player only).

Known bugs:
  • If a marine steps into an area, and as a result a door is lowered to reveal a Scay'Ger, the Scay'Ger may still appear as a scanner blip until the player has moved another (or the same) marine. I have playtested this mission about 10 times, and although this 'blip' problem has occured on a couple of occasions, it has never really effected the gameplay. Not so much a bug, more like a quirk due to the order in which Incubation carries out its 'target assessment' (or whatever).

Description: Door Puzzle

    Three marines have become trapped in an area populated with proximity sensitive automatic doors. Each door has a defined field of detection. If a marine enters a field the corresponding door(s) will be lowered into the ground. The door(s) will be raised again once the marines exits the detection field. The marines must reach the hall exit in the north east corner. Watch your step!

Objective: Get all your marines to the red area (marked A).

    You will fail the mission if all your marines are killed.

Recommended Difficulty: Play this at difficulty level 2     :-)
